Five Decades -- Lots of Weft Turns' with Bev Atseff
(January 2015)

by Roving Reporter, Kate W

Guild member Bev Atseff took us on her fifty-year weaving journey. Through her adventures with creative twists from college, motherhood, and teaching she showed us how weaving was a constant in her adult life. Showing us her beautiful handwoven items from the beginning to now gave us a glimpse of how passionate she is about weaving. Her love of teaching allows her to share the talents she has developed. Bev's definition of an heirloom is "something made on a loom for your heir". We are happy to have Bev and her expertise of weaving in our guild!
